I went into VS in Auburn Mall at approximately 10:40am on June 17, 2023 to purchase undies. Amanda the associate asked me if I wanted bras.
I explained to her I had breast cancer I had bilateral mastectomy done. She then asked me if I wanted a wireless bra. I had a tight shirt on with NO prosthesis. She did not understand what I told her or clearly didnt care.
Her attitude was less than stellar. I told her I would never shop at V S again. This was ditto of the same scenario I had in Natick about 15 years ago. She tried to give me a 30 percent off coupon after I told her several times I will never shop there again.
She then started with a horrible attitude again. At this point I was ready to pull up my shirt and show her my chest. She said please dont
I am going to be extremely vocal about experience at VS again.

I would like credit on the two bras that I purchase due to the pinching under my arm that leaves a mark on my skin and they could not help me in anyway because the bras have been worn. Well, how was I supposed to know they were gonna hurt me if I wouldve never worn them.
I believe Im not the only person thats been complaining about these bras from Victorias Secret, and these are two different type of bras , so I feel that your customer service is very lousy and I will never shop in your store again. Credit card will never be used. Im tearing it up as of today. I have no use for anything from Victorias Secret.
The prices that you charge for these brows are unbelievable and you cannot help me or credit me on anything that is ridiculous. I will make sure I relate this to friends and family.

Verified ReviewerRefusal to accept my report of scammer's theft of my gift card
I bought a gift card on 5/26/23. I called on 5/28 to report to customer service that I had been conned into giving the gift card number to a scammer so that the scammer could cash out the value of the card.
I was told that the value of the card had not yet been cashed out but was on hold. I could learn nothing more that day. I was told I had to call a certain customer support number that was not available until the end of the holiday weekend. I kept calling to alert the store that I was the original purchaser of the gift card and that they should try to prevent completion of the crime.
But I was treated as though I were the scammer and could not reach anyone to take a report on what had happened Of course the scammers got the money. The failure of customer support to listen to me, to be available to provide proper support, should be something that other customers need to know about. The people I talked to were both ignorant and utterly uncaring.
Anyone can fall prey to a scam as I did. But Victoria's Secret will not listen if you do, and they will not try to prevent fulfillment of the crime if you try to alert them to the facts.

Preferred solution: I would like to see that the store policy reflect a genuine intention to help customers when victimized by such crime and try to prevent the fulfillment of the crime when scammers try to cash out the value of the card.

The last 2 times I have been into the Eastview victoria secrets in victor NY it has been appalling. I am a store manager myself and I even worked at this exact location years ago. However I honestly am surprised with how I was treated both time. Tonight (11/28)I went in to pick up an order that I placed yesterday. I arrived a little after 7. The door sensors were going off when people walked out but not one person was working in the front half of the store. I walked all the way to the back to the registers. Behind the registers there were 2 people talking. I was never greater never acknowledged. I had to finally say I was here for an order.
It seemed that I was an inconvenience to them as they told me they guess they had to go find an iPad. A few minutes later the girl came back and said I was all set. I opened up my bag to double check and I noticed I was missing 1 item. I let her know my bag was missing an item and she said "don't be rude to me, I didn't *** pack it, I don't know why your having an attitude"
I was shocked and said excuse me?...I wasn't being rude just simply saying I was missing an item. She then told me she wasn't talking to me and rolled her eyes. I said never mind ill just go and she girl said I could just take whatever it was that I ordered and didn't have in the bag on my way out of the store. Basically telling me to go take whatever I wanted. Pretty scary since that could be someone stealing a bunch of stuff.
I said forget it and left. As I turned to leave I could hear them saying I was being a *** Again as I walked out more customer were walking out of the store without buying anything.
A few days ago on 11/21
I had went in at 6 as I had some coupons I was going to use and needed some bras. Again I went in and no one was in the front part of the store. I spent over an hour in the store and no one came to talk to me. I was the only customer in the store for most of this time.
1 girl had on a cropped top with her stomach and *** hanging out and leggings that were see thru. I listened to her talk to who im assuming was her boyfriend and some other guy about how she hates it at VS, how she doesn't even care, the company doesn't care about the staff that harley isn't even around so they do whatever they want to do. The store is dirty, empty and feels sad. Fast forward to me trying to cash out. One of my rewards was being difficult so the new girl asked for help. The girl with the crop top came over. Again she was clearly annoyed that she was having to help someone instead of gossiping. Eventually she just said " I'm just going to take $15 off one item, just don't try to return it. " all the while still speaking about how she doesn't care and is just giving things away. She told me this point blank. She even gave me my reward back and gave me extra coupons. She told me how bad it is to work there and that since no one cares about her she doesn't care about the company. I was so shocked I just took my things and left.
It saddens me to see this. Like I said I'm a store manager in the same mall. I couldn't believe the things I was seeing or hearing. It changed how I felt about shopping in the store and with the company as a whole.
If I witnessed this 2 times in a short time span what are other people witnessing? How much product are these staff just giving away
